You can also view your license key anytime by logging into the support area and looking at your recent orders.

Your purchase allows you to use the software forever. In addition, you will get free updates for at least one year. But the version you download will never expire. There is no subscription to buy.

Because we offer a fully-functional 30-day trial, we do not offer refunds on purchased software. We encourage you to use the Free Trial and determine if the software meets your needs before making a purchase.

Of course, if there is problem with your purchase such as a duplicate transaction, please let us know and we'll be happy to void or refund it as needed.

No - the licensed name provided when placing your order is used to generate the license. It cannot be changed and must match exactly.

However, the licensed name does not need to be the same as the person making the purchase. You can enter any name as the "Name for License" during the order process.

You can "give" the software to someone else but please note:

1. You must stop using the software
2. The licensed name can't be changed

You may install the software on TWO computers, but only for backup purposes. If you use AirFader in two different places, you must purchase two licenses.
